Qualifications

• Education: Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain and finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces with primers or sealers and remove old finishes as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to adjust colors of paint, stain or varnish and ensure proper protection of surfaces.
• Follow safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Move and lift supplies and work at various heights as required by the job.
