Job summary

Raffles is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of massages, body treatments and facials in a luxury setting. You will ensure guest comfort, maintain a serene environment and provide a memorable wellness experience.

Fluency in English and a friendly, flexible personality are essential. Familiarity with Spa Software and Micros is preferred to support smooth operations and guest care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with hospitality exposure.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly and engaging service to guests.
• Maintain a service-oriented attitude and offer information about spa and hotel facilities.
• Perform massages, body treatments and facials while ensuring guest comfort.

Responsibilities

Provide a professional friendly and engaging service Maintain a service-oriented attitude offering guests information about your department and other hotel facilities in a professional and courteous manner Perform massages body treatments and facials as required ensuring guests comfort at all times Guarantee personalized service for guests by recognizing and responding to their needs and expectations Maintain a clean hygienic and organized workspace at all times ensuring that all equipment operates according to safety and hygiene standards Actively participate in other Spa-related activities such as promotions in different resort areas product or service sales workshops and leisure activities related to the department Work collaboratively with the team of receptionists fitness instructors and other Spa department members to create an excellent work environment and team spirit Follow departmental safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Qualifications
