Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery.
• Add chemicals and clean lint traps.
• Identify stained or damaged items and determine repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
• Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from machines and place in clean linen carts.
• Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
• Follow safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate stairs and uneven surfaces.
