• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate updates to guests and team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment, and perform basic repairs.
• Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• Carry equipment and access difficult areas; operate shut‑offs and valves as needed.
• Document daily activities and coordinate with other shifts using approved systems.
