Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Related work experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and ensure proper portion, garnish, and presentation.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets; communicate guest needs and uphold quality standards.
• Stand and move as needed; lift up to 25 pounds; perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
