Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Rental Executive (Leasing Specialist) to drive occupancy and revenue across residential, commercial, and retail properties. You will manage the full leasing cycle from marketing and showings to negotiating terms and processing move-in documents.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leasing, a strong track record of achieving targets, and solid knowledge of Bahrain's rental laws and market dynamics. CRM and PMS experience is preferred, with a license being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct leasing/rental experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Proven ability to achieve occupancy and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Strong knowledge of local property rental laws and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end leasing: marketing, showings, negotiations, and documentation.
• Conduct professional property viewings and highlight value propositions.
• Screen tenants with relevant background checks and screening processes.
• Prepare and manage lease contracts, renewals, and move-in procedures.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote retention and address inquiries.
