Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project team members.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Manage construction budgets including cost estimation and control measures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address issues or concerns.
