Job summary

NSR Associates is seeking a Project Director for a Buildings Main Contractor role in Bahrain to lead a fast-paced, multi-building development with a Build Cost exceeding 70 Million Bahraini Dinar.

The candidate will bring 10+ years of post-graduate experience with main contractors, strong stakeholder and client management skills, and a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; you will direct on-site delivery, safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on relevant projects.
• 10 years' post-graduate experience.
• At least 80% of career spent with main contractors delivering major building projects.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Degree qualified – Civil engineering or Construction management (Reputable University)

Responsibilities

• Lead the project as the No. 1 on site
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholders
• Mentor and develop the site management team
• Oversee delivery, safety, quality, schedule, and commercial performance
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team.

This is a senior-level Project Director opportunity in Bahrain focused on delivering a highly sensitive mixed use development. Everything from high technology systems, multiple buildings, underground car-parks & sporting facilities.

Key Requirements
