Job summary

FamilyFirst Qatar in Isa Town seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet milestones, budgets, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and at least 5 years of leadership in the Middle East, with a proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of codes, safety standards, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Review and approve project designs plans materials and equipment.
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
• Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Hire train and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
