Qualifications

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Malikiyah Syria As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish Your role will involve managing budgets schedules resources and ensuring the safety and quality of work

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project team members
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Manage construction budgets including cost estimation and control measures
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes materials building codes safety regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Proficient in using project management software
• Fluent in Arabic preferred or English
