Job summary

Euro Motors seeks an experienced JLR Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, market analysis, and campaigns in Bahrain. You will collaborate with sales, lead market research, and manage key stakeholder relationships to grow Jaguar/Land Rover's presence.

The role requires 5+ years in brand management, automotive experience, and strong communication skills. You will oversee budgets and coordinate training to maintain brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in automotive.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and achieve objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of the JLR product line and Bahrain market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for JLR aligned with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including JLR corporate team and local dealerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the JLR product line and benefits for customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the brand's budget and resources.
