Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies seeks a JLR Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and market execution in Bahrain. You will monitor market trends, gather customer insights, and work with sales to position products and set pricing aligned with business goals.

You will manage campaigns, budget, and key stakeholder relationships, including JLR and local dealerships, while deepening knowledge of JLR products and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience, preferably automotive.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of the JLR product line and Bahrain market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for JLR, in line with company vision and goals.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including JLR corporate team and local dealerships.
• Expand the business of Jaguar/Land Rover by adding more lines, franchises or new outlets.
• Protect the interest of Jaguar/Land Rover and maintain confidentiality of operations.
