Ansi Recruitment & Outsourcing in Bahrain is seeking an IT Support Services & Cyber Security Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and user support for enterprise clients on a full-time onsite basis.

The role requires 3–10 years of experience, strong Microsoft 365/Azure skills, Windows Server, Active Directory, and hands-on cyber security expertise including VAPT, incident response, and backup & disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

IT Support Services & Cyber Security Engineer

Location: Bahrain

Experience: 3-10 Years

Employment: Full-Time

Work Mode: Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Managed IT Services & Cyber Security Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cyber-security, VAPT, backup & disaster recovery, and user support for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Managed IT Operations, Remote Support & Onsite IT Support.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Cloud services, users, licenses, email and security policies.
• Manage Windows Servers, endpoints, networks, infrastructure, domains and DNS.
• Monitor and manage backup, storage and disaster recovery (DR) operations.
• Support AWS, Oracle ERP, Genesys Cloud and other business applications.
• Perform/coordinate VAPT, Website & Mobile Application Penetration Testing.
• Conduct Cloud Security and Infrastructure Security Assessments.
• Manage Email Security, Endpoint Security, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Support phishing/social engineering simulations, security reporting and re-testing.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, device setup, maintenance and user troubleshooting.
• Handle security incidents, SLA compliance, monitoring, documentation and reporting.
