Job summary

SGB in Bahrain is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support end-user devices, licenses, and security measures. You will install software, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help document fixes.

The role involves maintaining IT assets, contributing to operational procedures, assisting with audits, and enforcing cybersecurity policies to protect systems from threats.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or its equivalent.
• Strong technical knowhow on Macbooks, TCP/IP, Linux OS, firewalls, good exposure to enterprise security software and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and keep a record of devices, accounts and software license.

• Install and configure softwares on end-user devices.

• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
