The candidate will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with SENCO and specialists to support diverse needs while maintaining strong parent communication and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification for the early years age group.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and age-appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
• Develop weekly/daily lesson plans aligned with the Early Years curriculum.
• Observe and document each child’s development and maintain portfolios.
• Collaborate with SENCO and specialists to implement support strategies.
• Communicate with parents and participate in conferences.
• Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety procedures.
