Head Pastry Chef

We are in search of a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Isa Town. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, from menu planning and recipe development to managing a team of pastry cooks and ensuring quality control. Your role will also involve budgeting, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, with a strong background in creating innovative and delicious desserts. You should also have excellent leadership skills, as you will be managing a team and must be able to train and motivate them to achieve high standards. A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a must.
