ByteGrid Talent Services is seeking a Head Pastry Chef for our renowned pastry shop in Al-Malikiyah. You will oversee the pastry department, lead a team of pastry chefs, and craft delicious, visually appealing pastries that reflect high-quality standards.

The role requires proven pastry leadership, deep knowledge of techniques and equipment, and the ability to innovate while honoring traditional methods. Fluency in Arabic is required, with basic English preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Creativity to develop new recipes while respecting traditional methods.
• Strong leadership with experience managing a team.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Arabic fluency with basic English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and innovative pastry recipes while maintaining traditional favorites.
• Create visually appealing pastries that meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure supply of high-quality ingredients.
• Train, mentor and lead a team of pastry chefs.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the pastry department.
• Collaborate with other departments to create pastries for special events or occasions.

As the Head Pastry Chef at our renowned pastry shop in Al-Malikiyah you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the pastry department Your creative flair and passion for pastry will be showcased through the delicious and visually appealing pastries you create You will also be responsible for leading a team of pastry chefs and ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times

• Develop new and innovative pastry recipes while also maintaining traditional favorites
• Create visually appealing pastries that meet quality standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients
• Train mentor and lead a team of pastry chefs
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the pastry department
• Collaborate with other departments to create customized pastries for special events or occasions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques ingredients and equipment
• Creativity and ability to develop new recipes while adhering to traditional techniques
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary for this position is 1100$ per month
