Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and presentation methods.
• Creativity and passion for developing new pastry dishes with unique flavors and textures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of pastries for service.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
