Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a senior merchandising leader to own the full merchandising and brand management remit. You will build the annual brand positioning plan and drive it through with host-brand collaborations and new-store sales forecasting. The role requires leadership to coach and develop the merchandising team as the business expands internationally.

You will report to the Business Manager of the brand and contribute to tangible growth in an expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior merchandising leadership.
• Experience building annual brand positioning plans.
• Strong ability to forecast and rebalance sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual plan for brand positioning and performance.
• Develop and manage relationships with host brand partners.
• Lead, coach and develop the merchandising function for growth.
• Forecast sales plans for new stores and expansions.
