Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a senior merchandising leader to own the full merchandising and brand management remit. You will build the annual brand positioning plan and drive it through with host-brand collaborations and new-store sales forecasting. The role requires leadership to coach and develop the merchandising team as the business expands internationally.

You will report to the Business Manager of the brand and contribute to tangible growth in an expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior merchandising leadership.
• Experience building annual brand positioning plans.
• Strong ability to forecast and rebalance sales plans.

Job description

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Business Manager of the particular brand and takes ownership of the entire merchandising and brand management function.

You will be accountable for building the annual plan for brand positioning, developing relationships with your host brand and devising and re-forecasting sales plans for new stores.

This role provides an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to an international business.

In addition to the commercial skills required is the ability to lead, coach and develop a merchandising function to ensure their professional growth in an expanding business.
