Job summary

ADG (Accelera Digital Group) seeks a Legal Counsel / Head of Legal (EMEA) for its Dubai office. You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, manage cross-border entities, and shape corporate policies across Africa, Middle East, and Europe.

You will advise leadership on data privacy, AI, and cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with regional laws while supporting global growth and partnerships with major tech players.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in corporate law within tech consulting or IT services.
• Regional expertise across Middle East and Africa; Europe a plus.
• Formal legal education and bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global customers and technology partners.
• Lead legal setup and registrations of new entities and structures across regions.
• Develop policies and governance frameworks for data privacy and cross-border transfers.
