Job summary

Alzayani Investments seeks a meticulous Legal Specialist in Manama to support the legal department across business units. You will prepare and review legal documents, manage case files, and assist with research and opinions while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

You will draft, translate, and file agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and related documents, and coordinate with authorities on enforcement and court matters. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Experience in corporate legal departments or reputable law firms.
• Knowledge of Bahraini corporate and commercial law.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal department support across business units and manage case proceedings.
• Draft, review and translate agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and related documents.
• Serve legal documents and participate in enforcement procedures with authorities.
• Maintain legal files, organize library, and summarize case files for quick reference.
• Assist with legal research, opinions, and trial document preparation.
• Follow up on major court cases and ensure CRs are up to date.
