Want More in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain, is seeking a talented Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and lead the culinary team, delivering high-quality dishes and memorable dining experiences.

You will plan menus, manage inventory and costs, train staff, ensure safety, and collaborate with management to refresh the menu. English fluency required; Arabic a plus; weekends and evenings possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Head Chef or higher in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Creative culinary mindset with knowledge of diverse techniques.
• English proficiency; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure; weekends/evenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus aligned with the restaurant concept.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with management to develop or improve menu items.
