Job summary

PRAMAC is seeking a General Manager to lead its joint venture with A. Juffali & Brothers in the Gulf region.

The role reports to the Regional General Manager for APAC & Middle East and drives business development, sales operations, and financial performance for local manufacturing. The GM will expand business in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth across functions including production, R&D, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales management, and operational leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of the power generation industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and complex business operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, focusing on market growth and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, and develop the local sales organization and channel partner network.
• Position the “Made in Saudi” product portfolio and integrate imported solutions into a unified commercial offering.
• Lead the setup and operational management of the Bahrain manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Manage full Profit & Loss responsibility across sales and production operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to align production capacity with market demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all areas of the business.
