As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests from arrival to departure, delivering a warm welcome, managing check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently, and ensuring personalized professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform presentation.
- Handle guest check‑in, check‑out and farewells promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities, services and attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and address inquiries, requests and complaints courteously and effectively.
- Manage payments, deposits and billing transactions accurately following procedures.
- Use Opera or similar Property Management System for reservations and guest profiles.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.
- Represent Accor and Mantis values consistently.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow hotel policies, standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.
- Attend briefings, training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front office or guest services within a hotel or resort environment.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar software.
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Russian required; additional languages a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills with a courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience with 3‑ or 4‑star hospitality brands is a plus.
