Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Manama, Bahrain seeks a Non-Management, Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure quality standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry, and support daily activities, training, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. to ensure quality standards.
• Run reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and hiring/training.
• Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
