Job summary

Maseera in Bahrain is seeking a Logistics and Tooling Coordinator to collect and organize documents for purchasing and logistics, and to work with our logistics provider to resolve customs issues.

You will be the link to Sourcing and the Regional Tooling Manager to determine tooling needs, help improve systems and procedures, and ensure on-time deliveries by coordinating shipments and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Office applications.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize documents for purchasing and logistics.
• Resolve customs issues with the logistic provider.
• Coordinate tooling needs with Sourcing and the Regional Tooling Manager.
• Improve tooling and logistics systems and procedures.
• Link Tooling Coordinators with international shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Physically organize inventory and prepare kits for assembly.
