Job summary

DHL Express in Bahrain seeks an experienced Government Relations professional to manage day-to-day government liaison activities and support visa and legal documentation processes to ensure timely compliance with local regulations.

You will coordinate with HR and senior management, maintain records, and act as a point of contact for staff regarding government matters, including LMRA and SIO interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HR government relations
• Fluent in Arabic reading/writing/speaking
• Fluent in English reading/writing/speaking
• University diploma as minimum requirement

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records in a structured filing system.
• Manage Public Relations records and documents.
• Support local affairs and administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle visa payments and documentation processing.
• Coordinate with HR for relocation paperwork and approvals.
• Be main contact for staff on government relations matters.
• Interface with LMRA, SIO and Labour Ministry as required.
• Prepare Arabic/English correspondence for government offices.
• Translate documents when required.
• Maintain electronic folders with passport and RP copies.
