Job summary

Deutsche Post in Bahrain seeks an Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist to design and lead initiatives that boost engagement, satisfaction and workplace culture across the organization. You will support the HR Director and HR shared services in daily tasks and HR projects, ensuring policy compliance and positive employee relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years’ generalist HR experience, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience including ER, engagement and remuneration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics for leadership.
• Assist in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate employee events and CSR activities across entities.
