Job summary

CFI Financial Group is hiring a Relationship Officer to join our team in Bahrain. You will handle client KYC processes, respond to requests, and coordinate with Backoffice and compliance to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate reporting.

You will need a Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality client service in a fast-growing, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Fill KYCs, follow up with clients in case of missing documents, and coordinate with Backoffice and compliance.
• Respond to clients’ requests in a timely manner.
• Keep up with formats’ updates.
• Minimize in-process/draft leads by following up and completing documents.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
• Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
• Support onboarding of clients, coordinating with documents and KYCs departments.
• Make Confirmation Calls and follow up with unfunded accounts.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
• Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
• Identify and report patterns or trends in customer inquiries to help improve products and services.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
