Job summary

DHL Bahrain seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Auditor to maintain the QA Audit Programme, identify non-compliance, and promote a positive safety and quality culture across the organization.

The role conducts audits and inspections to assess regulatory and internal compliance, supports corrective actions, and ensures ongoing adherence to QMS requirements in Flight Ops, Ground Ops, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Lead Auditor in airline quality assurance.
• Holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License, Pilots Licence, Flight Dispatcher Licence, Load Master for 10+ years, or Aviation management degree.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent analytical competencies and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of DHL and third-party airside operations.
• Experience in airline or regulatory authority roles is preferred.
• Quality System training (Auditor/Lead Auditor) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IQSMS or other auditing software.
• Good planning and organizational skills for travel/audits.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance Monitoring across national and international aviation rules and standards.
• Audit, inspection and assessment activities per the QA program.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, observations and non-conformities.
• Track corrective/preventive actions to closure and conduct follow-ups.
• Review manuals, procedures and QA documentation for compliance.
• Oversee ground operations audits of providers and in-house teams.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
• Liaise with regulators, vendors and stakeholders.
