Job summary

DHL Express Bahrain seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Auditor to maintain the QA Audit Programme, identify non-conformities, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and compliance. The role covers audits across Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, Safety, and service providers.

You will develop corrective actions, support continual QMS improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance through robust audit practices and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ work experience in Quality Assurance as a Lead Auditor in an Airline environment.
• Holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License, Pilots Licence, Flight Dispatcher Licence, Load Master for at least 10 years, or holder of a degree preferably in Aviation management.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical competencies.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections as per the approved Quality Assurance Audit Program.
• Evaluate operational processes against regulatory requirements, IOSA standards, and customer expectations.
• Identify non-conformities and track corrective actions to closure.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
