Job summary

Deutsche Post seeks a Quality Assurance Auditor to maintain the QA Audit Programme, conduct audits and inspections, and promote a positive safety, quality, security, and just culture across the organization in Bahrain.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, ability to drive corrective actions, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ work experience in Quality Assurance as a Lead Auditor in an Airline environment.
• Holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License, Pilot’s Licence, Flight Dispatcher Licence, Load Master for at least 10 years, or a degree preferably in Aviation management.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical competencies.
• Capable of dealing with many different parties – negotiation skills are essential.
• Full understanding and knowledge of DHL and third-party airside operations.
• Has held a similar position in an airline or regulatory authority.
• Quality System Course training (Auditor/Lead Auditor).
• Knowledge and experience with IQSMS or other auditing software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess regulatory compliance across national and international aviation regulations and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections and assessments per the Quality Assurance Audit Program.
• Evaluate operational processes, management systems, and controls against regulatory requirements, IOSA standards and customer expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive audit and surveillance reports with findings and non-conformities.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Review manuals, procedures and documentation to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Oversee ground operations and service providers for compliance.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
