Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail and team management.
• Knowledge of fashion/beauty industry and trends.
• Retail operational skills including stock, VM, systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability by monitoring sales performance and proposing action plans.
• Lead monthly category reviews with staff to improve performance.
• Ensure 100% execution of promotional programs and feedback on promos.
• Manage store OPEX budgets and optimize controllable expenses.
• Maintain shrinkage controls and compliance with store standards.
• Achieve target conversion, loyalty participation, and transaction rates.
• Coordinate planogram implementation and stock replenishment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and daily reporting to mall management.
