Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related field is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth across product categories and customer segments.
- Develop and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management and the sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, providing variance analysis and commentary.
- Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimise sales strategies and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide a comprehensive market view.
- Assist in developing sales forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic planning processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align initiatives across functions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across sales reporting systems.
