Choithrams in Bahrain is seeking a driven Van Sales Executive to drive brand volumes and ensure strong in-store visibility across outlets. You will manage receivables, maintain stock levels, and uphold SOPs for van operations. Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential, with Hindi preferred.

A Bahrain manual driving licence is required, and age should not exceed 35 years. The role emphasizes timely promotions, strong trade relationships, and disciplined cash handling, with daily field visits

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of local Bahrain van sales experience (no helper).
• FMCG trade experience preferred.
• Maximum 35 years old with good fitness.
• Good communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi preferred.
• Valid Bahrain manual transmission driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver on targeted monthly brand-wise volume/value sales.
• Achieve budgeted receivables/collections objectives for the territory.
• Maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt customer service.
• Secure primary visibility and explore secondary visibility opportunities.
• Ensure all outlets have stock and manage inventory with FIFO discipline.
• Follow SOPs on van maintenance, cash deposits, and reporting.
• Assist in timely listing and distribution of NPIs in outlets.
• Maintain 100% compliance with journey plans.
