Job summary

Enhance, a leading fitness solutions provider in the GCC, seeks a proactive sales professional to drive new and existing client growth. You will manage billing transactions, maintain strong client relationships, and continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. On-site, full-time position with competitive compensation and flight benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Two years Sales Experience in B2C or consumer services is preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English written and spoken is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and existing clients.
• Upsell and renew packages to maintain client retention.
• Perform basic system transactions pertaining to manual billing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.
• Notify Manager of client complaints and assist in resolution.
• Know products and programs and build client value.
• Respond to member feedback and resolve issues timely.
• Seek opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels.
• Build a network of contacts through referrals.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Team Leader to match trainers with new client prospects.
