Job summary

TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L in Manama is seeking a Service Field Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians delivering elevator services and maintenance solutions. You will coordinate field operations to ensure service quality, safety compliance, and outstanding customer satisfaction within the Service Field (SER Fld) unit.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, develop strategic service plans, allocate resources efficiently, and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in field service management.
• Strong understanding of service processes, maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze operations data and propose strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field service activities and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement service plans aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work meets standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and suppliers for smooth service delivery.
• Analyze field data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Schedule and deploy field resources to optimize workload and response times.
