Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to understand customer requirements and handle complaints with hospitality.
• Knowledge in technical aspects related to light vehicles, preferably KIA products.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles and duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule vehicle service accordingly.
• Inspect incoming light vehicles at the Workshop.
• Open vehicle receipt notes and record abnormalities and fixtures.
• Record customer inquiries during repair or service operations.
• Coordinate with Service inspectors and Senior Service Advisor to open and follow up on job cards.
• Perform final inspection to ensure customer concerns are addressed and vehicles are clean.
• Prepare invoices for completed jobs and close job cards.
• Schedule workshop activities for light vehicles as required.
