Qualifications

• 10–12 years of automotive workshop supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanics, and electronics.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Experience with workshop management systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive engineering (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of automotive technicians and staff.
• Organise daily workflow, assign jobs, monitor progress.
• Conduct final quality control inspections against standards.
• Provide hands-on guidance for complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage workshop resources, tools, equipment and spare parts inventory.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in the workshop.
• Liaise with service advisors for repair estimates and timelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance and identify training opportunities.
