The candidate will drive ERP implementations, manage teams and vendors, and coordinate with Top Management on current and future IT requirements and budgets. Strong leadership and enterprise IT experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline is required.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Solid ERP project implementation and system integration knowledge.
• CCNA/MCSE/MCSA/MSP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall IT department operations and administration.
• Guide IT development and ensure security and efficiency.
• Coordinate with top management on IT requirements and projects.
• Analyze project scope, costs, and resources with planning.
• Develop IT budgets and support financial forecasting.
