Job summary

Calo is seeking a Product Developer for its Marketplace team in Bahrain. You will own one or more CPG lines end to end, leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and profitability.

You will drive line brief through launch and post-launch performance, managing supply and P&L decisions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product development or NPD, with experience in packaging, pricing, and working with manufacturers or co-packers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product development or NPD in CPG or F&B.
• Track record of taking products from concept to shelf.
• Experience with manufacturers, co-packers, or in-house kitchens.
• Experience with packaging development and labelling.
• Commercial ownership of pricing, costs or P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned CPG lines from brief to post-launch performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch with design, supply chain and marketing.
• Manage supply for in-house or outsourced products.
• Track sales, margins and costs and conduct post-launch reviews.
• Make scaling or discontinuation decisions.
