Job summary

Nass Group & Corporation is seeking an on-site Electrical Supervisor to lead electricians and technicians across project sites, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules.

You will read electrical drawings, coordinate installations (power, lighting, containment, earthing, controls) and monitor manpower usage while maintaining safety and quality standards. GCC experience is preferred; diploma or tech certificate in electrical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or industrial projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or building projects.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and electrical technicians on project sites.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily electrical work to meet timelines.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Coordinate installation of electrical systems including power distribution and lighting.
• Monitor manpower productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and approved construction methods.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and other trades.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical/installation issues.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Maintain records of work progress, manpower attendance and material needs.
• Report progress, delays and resource requirements to management.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards on site.

• Conduct site inspections and identify any technical or installation issues.

• Maintain accurate records of work progress, manpower attendance, and material requirements.
• Report project progress, delays, and resource requirements to management.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained on site.
