The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, travel plans, and events, while maintaining seamless communication with the principal’s family and external service providers. Bahrain-based, full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a private household, family office, or similar environment.
• Highly discreet, trustworthy and confidential.
• Organised, proactive and flexible.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and coordinating different people.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination of the household and existing staff.
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Managing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Coordinating with the principal’s family.
• Running errands and handling various personal and household matters.
• Sourcing items and managing purchases when required.
• Assisting with guests and household events.
• Following up on maintenance and service interventions.
• Supporting the principal with general organisation and administrative tasks.
• Travelling when required.
