Job summary

Food City Bahrain is hiring a reliable Data Entry Operator to support daily operations. You will enter and update food service orders, delivery schedules, and customer data in the Odoo system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, typing speed of 50+ WPM, proficiency in Excel and Word, and strong attention to detail. English and Arabic are preferred to support diverse supplier and client communications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Organized and deadline-driven work style.
Good organizational and communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update food service orders, delivery schedules, and customer data in the Odoo system
Verify and correct data entries; maintain high accuracy standards in all records
Process invoices, delivery notes, and customer information for multiple catering locations
Prepare daily and monthly reports on orders, inventory, and deliveries
Maintain confidentiality of customer and supplier information
Ensure timely data entry to meet operational deadlines
