The AISpecialist will support the identification, evaluation, and implementation ofpractical AI solutions across the business. Role & Responsibilities

AI Solutions & Innovation

• Explore AI tools,models, agents, and platforms and assess their relevance to business needs.
• Research andrecommend practical AI solutions that can improve productivity, quality,efficiency, or decision-making.
• Understandbusiness challenges and help translate them into clear AI use cases.
• Support thedevelopment, testing, and evaluation of small AI pilots and proofs of concept.
• Compare solutionsbased on usability, accuracy, security, integration, cost, and expectedbusiness value.
• Help configureand implement approved AI solutions using available platforms and tools.
• Work withdepartments to understand their processes, challenges, repetitive work, andimprovement opportunities.
• Stay up to datewith developments in AI tools, models, automation, and digital technologies.
• Support thesecure and responsible use of AI in line with company policies and approvedcontrols.
• Prepare cleardocumentation, user guides, presentations, and progress updates.
• Support AIawareness sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing activities across theorganization.

Business Engagement & AI Adoption

• Help departmentsidentify and document practical AI opportunities.
• Support theevaluation and prioritisation of use cases based on value, feasibility, dataavailability, risk, and effort.
• Gather userfeedback and help improve solutions during pilots.
• Explain AIcapabilities and limitations in clear business language.
• Encourageadoption of approved AI tools and responsible working practices.
• Support theplanning and coordination of AI initiatives and pilot projects.
• Track activities,timelines, deliverables, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate withinternal teams, business owners, vendors, and external specialists whererequired.
• Help define pilotsuccess measures and monitor outcomes.
• Document lessonslearned and recommendations on whether a pilot should be improved, scaled, orstopped.
• Maintain clearand practical documentation for AI use cases, pilots, solutions, and userguidance.
• Prepare simpleprogress reports covering outcomes, issues, risks, and next steps.
• Follow companyrequirements for security, privacy, data protection, human review, andresponsible AI use.
• Continuouslyresearch and test new AI capabilities and share useful findings with the team.
• Build personalknowledge through practical experimentation, training, certifications, andindustry learning.
• Share knowledgethrough demonstrations, short guidance sessions, and reusable examples.

Candidate Requirements

• Goodunderstanding of modern AI tools, models, agents, and their practical businessapplications.
• Familiarity withtools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot Studio, PowerPlatform, or similar technologies.
• Strong interestin AI and the ability to research, explore, compare, and quickly learn newtechnologies.
• Good analytical,problem-solving, and experimentation skills.
• Ability tounderstand business processes and identify practical improvement opportunities.
• Goodcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain AI in simplelanguage.
• Ability to workcollaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Basicunderstanding of data, reporting, security, privacy, and responsible AI use.
• Gooddocumentation, organisation, and follow-up skills.

Technical Knowledge | Preferred

• Familiarity withMicrosoft 365, including Copilot, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps,Teams, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Ability tounderstand, test, and make minor changes to code where required.
• Understanding oflarge language models, prompting, AI agents, automation, data sources, andsystem integration.
• Experiencebuilding simple prototypes, automations, or AI-assisted solutions is anadvantage.
• Exposure toMicrosoft Azure or another cloud platform is beneficial.
• Experience withadvanced machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is anadvantage, not a requirement.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreein computer science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, DataScience, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximatelythree years of relevant experience in technology, AI, automation, software,digital solutions, or a related area.
• Practicalexperience using modern AI tools for research, productivity, prototyping, orbusiness improvement.
• Experiencesupporting technology initiatives, pilots, or cross-functional projects ispreferred.
• RelevantMicrosoft, AI, cloud, data, or automation certifications are an advantage.
