Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting.
• Valid crane operator certification/license.
• Ability to read and understand load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.
• Inspect crane equipment before and after each use to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other workers during lifts.
• Determine load weights and safely maneuver them to desired locations.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.
• Maintain accurate records of daily crane activities and inspections.
