Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Crane Operator.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Familiarity with different crane types (mobile, tower).
• Ability to read and interpret load charts.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the crane before operation for defects or malfunctions.
• Operate the crane according to load charts and ground signals.
• Lift, move, position and place materials safely on site.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio.
• Maintain daily log books including maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with other workers to ensure efficient workflow.
