Job summary

Gulf Air Group in Bahrain is seeking a Coordinator-Aerodrome Safety & Compliance to support daily office operations, assist with budgeting and records management, and help ensure policy compliance.

You will liaise with BAC, manage payroll support, onboarding, and time reporting, and coordinate with managers to maintain organized records and timely reporting. Proficiency in Arabic/English and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 0-1 year of working experience preferred.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with BAC to handle requests and queries from managers and employees.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Create/update records and databases with personnel and finance data.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.
• Coordinate payroll and assist with time reporting.
• Assist with onboarding for new employees including equipment setup and access requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
