Job summary

ConFlip in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled Baker for a contract position to prepare breads, pastries and desserts, while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will operate mixers, ovens and proofers, monitor the baking process, decorate finished goods and manage ingredient inventory. Proven high-volume bakery experience and recipe-following ability are important; food safety certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety certification is preferred but not required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our products while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
